Brizard History Tree and Stories

 
Louis Brizard was born in 1798 at Maskinonge county, died in 1868 at the age of 70. Marie Lavigne (Algonquin) was born about 1805. Her father was an Algonquin Chief. Louis and Marie got married under the Algonquin rituals in 1833 and then again February 4 1836 in a Catholic Chapel by a missionary priest by the name of J.F. Cannon. Felicite Brizard and Prospere Olivier were their witnesses. Louis and Marie had 4 children's, Marie-Louise, Louis, Joseph, and
Alexandre-Alexis.
